Hypnosis practitioners who have undergone an A.U.R.A. Hypnosis session often express astonishment at the profound difference they feel, particularly due to the initial sacred energy work sound bath. This combination, including Sacred Angelic Energy Work, serves as a bridge to connect with one's Higher Self, setting A.U.R.A. apart from other regression techniques. The key distinction lies in conducting energy work before the hypnosis induction begins. Through this sacred energy work, we reintroduce ancient teachings of our ancestors via Cymatics, the art of combining frequency through sacred geometry. For instance, the Mayan, Hindu, and Egyptian pyramids and temples on Earth serve as examples of Cymatics, emitting frequencies akin to a bell or singing bowl to maintain balance in our earthly construct. This pre-meditative sacred energy work prepares your vessel to vibrate out what does not resonate with your soul's origin, ensuring alignment during the subsequent body scan.

In typical past life regression sessions, the full connection with the Higher Self often occurs midway through the session, after it's officially called forth. However, in A.U.R.A. Hypnosis, this connection is established right at the beginning through a sacred energy work sound bath. This early connection serves to diminish the influence of the ego-mind, allowing for a more seamless connection with the Higher Self. Consequently, it enables a deeper journey into the exploration of one's infinite creation and facilitates prosperous self-healing. The session lasts 3 - 4 hours and is conducted online via Zoom. A recording of the session will be provided.

Appointment date:

I recommend scheduling your session at least one week in advance to give yourself ample time to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally. This preparation will help you transition more smoothly into the quantum hypnosis state during the session.

After the session, it’s important to allow your body time to rest. Avoid driving for at least 3 hours and consider taking the day off from work. Additionally, maintain a clean diet for 13 days following the session: no meat, processed sugar, or alcohol. Please plan your schedule accordingly to accommodate these recommendations.

I will email you the details on how to prepare for an A.U.R.A. Hypnosis session.

After session:

I will send you the recording along with aftercare instructions, with details on how to shield yourself and other precious and sacred spiritual information.

13 Days After Care:

The day of your session marks the beginning of your journey toward self-healing. The next 13 days, and even beyond, play a crucial role in this process, with the first 13 days being especially significant.

Many clients have found that adhering to the "13-Day After Care" guidelines leads to noticeable improvements in both physical and mental well-being. During our session, I will assist in clearing various blocked energies, which may provide immediate relief. However, since negative energy has been stored in your body for an extended period, it puts stress on your cells and genes. Cells, genes, and your body’s innate intelligence have memory, and you are the boss of your body. Please provide it with new instructions—such as revising your diet, daily habits, consciousness, and mindset— so that your cells will have the the time and space needed for reprogramming and proper healing.

Since you’ve embarked on a significant spiritual journey, I strongly encourage you to follow the "13-Day After Care" guidelines closely. This will help ensure that your mind, body, and spirit achieve full recovery and rejuvenation, leading to the best possible healing results.
