Recommended For	Whether it's your first energy healing session or you're a seasoned healer yourself, everyone is welcome. It's also a great way to keep your energy in balance with regular check-ins.
Notes	In each session, I tune into your energy and what's coming up for you in that moment, receive messages from your Higher Self, and offer whatever healing you need. A chance to understand where you are and shape what comes next. Regular sessions help you keep the momentum going and build deeper, more lasting healing. For best results, I recommend a 3-session package, valid within 6 months. We go gently and at your pace, supporting your mind, body, and soul every step of the way.
